How to practice:
- Lie down straight on your back.
- Raise your legs & bend at the knees.
- Hold those legs with your hands.
- Bring them to touch your chest.

- Count 10 in mind in this posture.
- Slowly release them as before
- Be normal in breathing.

- Place your thumb on the right nostril.
- Take a deep breath slowly with your left nostril.
- Close your left nostril with two middle fingers.
- Now release the air with your right nostril slowly.
- Again take a deep breath with the right hole.
- Then close the right nostril & release the air with the left one.
- Repeat this as more as you can.
- Shouldn’t do this when your stomach is full.

Kapalbhati Pranayama or Skull-Shinning Breath:

- Sit comfortably with a straight back.
- Concentrate on your lower belly (between the pubis & navel).
- Put one palm on another & give a gentle press against the portion.
- In a quick manner contract the belly to exhale air from your lungs & release the contraction immediately so that the lungs inhale an adequate amount of air.
- While releasing air imagine the inner lining of your brain gets brightens.
- Practice the cycle 20-30 times & afterward gradually increase it as you can.

Vajrasana or Diamond Pose:
How to practice:
- Sit on a mat with both legs stretched before you.
- Slowly fold your legs under your thighs so that the buttock can rest on your heels & calves.
- Be comfortable adjusting your pelvis.
- Stretch both hands to rest on your knees.
- Keep breathing normally.
- Stay in this posture as long as you can.
- Then release the legs as before slowly & repeat.

Ushtrasana or Camel Pose:
How to practice:
- Kneel down on a mat. Keep your heels aligned with your shoulders.
- Slowly lower your head back side & move your hands one after another to the back to touch your heels.
- Rest your palms on the heels.
- Stretch your rib cage upward.
- Breathe normally.
- Count 20 & release your hands slowly in the previous mode.
- Practice 3-4 times regularly.

- Helps to stretch muscles of chest, abdomen & quadriceps.

- Increases flexibility of backbone.
- Strengthens back muscles of thighs & buttocks.
- Eradicates stomach problems by circulating the proper amount of blood.
Hal asana or Plow Pose:
How to practice:
- Should practice on an empty stomach, you may have a glass of water but not the whole meal.
- Lie down on your back on an even surface with both hands beside your thighs.
- Now raise your legs jointly above your head with your hands supporting your hips.
- Try to touch the ground with the end of your feet. Though at the first attempt you may not touch the ground within a few days of practice you can do this.
- Now stretch your hands on the floor beside your body.
- Count at least 10 & release your legs in the previous posture.
- Do this at least 3 times.

- Helps to stretch your spine & strengthens back muscles.
- Makes neck, shoulders & back tight.
- Enhances flexibility of the whole body.
- Develops muscles & joint mobility.
- Stops acid reflux & gas.

- Avoid carbonated beverages as much as possible.
- Walk for a few minutes after taking a meal.
- Should eat slowly & chew the food well.
